Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in Mexico. This role will play a crucial role in generating awareness about the problem we are solving, as well as in understanding and expanding our user base.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Awareness Building

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to drive awareness and establish top-of-mind presence around our mission of combating food waste.

Content Creation

Create compelling and insightful content that resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, social media content, videos, and more.

Brand Strategy

Shape and enhance our brand identity by consistently delivering a cohesive and impactful brand message across all channels.

Campaign Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of both online and offline campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Agency Relationship

Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with our brand values and campaign objectives.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving innovation in marketing strategies.

Data-Driven Decisions

Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.

Requirements:

5+ years of Experience

Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing roles with progressive responsibility. ####Versatility A well-rounded skill set that includes agency management, content creation, brand strategy, and both online and offline campaign execution.

Leadership

Experience in managing teams, fostering growth, and driving team collaboration to achieve results.
